Error 404 or PARSER EXCEPTION message simply means a channel as temporarily went down.
We have many backup sources for most channels so if a channel goes down it will typically come right back up.
You may sometimes need to turn to a different channel then turn back if backup source hasn't kicked in automatically.
If you have experienced this error for a long period of time and channel remains down then send email to
[email protected] and we will look further into issue.
Be sure to provide the exact channel names.
